approximately 5:15 p.m..
Traffic Accident On
Bennett's Valley Highway
Emergency personnel
answered a call to a traffic accident on Bennett's Valley Highway,
Route 255, Saturday at approximately 11:45 a.m.
Emporium Woman Victim Of
Access Device Fraud
Emporium
State Police report that someone gained access to an Emporium woman's
bank account debit card account numbers and made two charges on her
account utilizing the account numbers. The incident occurred on
March 11th at 8:29 and 8:59 PM. The victim of the fraud is Carol A.
Hudson of Rt. 46, Emporium, PA. The investigation is continuing.
One Vehicle Accident On
Route 120
State police investigated a one vehicle accident on Route 120 in Shippen
Township. According to police, Virginia A. Gribble, 53, of Emporium,
PA, woman attempted to avoid a deer that entered the roadway at 8:30 AM
Wednesday on Route 120 in Shippen Township and struck the embankment
instead. Gribble was not hurt in the crash. She was wearing a seat belt.

A traffic accident
occurred on Bucktail Road, near Jackson Road on Saturday at
approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 16th

responded to a traffic accident at 2993 Bucktail Road on Saturday,
March 16th at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Traffic Accident On
Johnsonburg Road
A traffic accident
occurred on the Johnsonburg Road on Saturday, March 16th at
approximately 10:30 a.m.
Emporium Woman Injured In
Accident On Route 120
An
Emporium woman was treated at Elk Regional Hospital for injuries
suffered when her 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee went off slippery Route 120
and overturned Saturday at about 11:15 AM. Joyce Lyon, 57, of East
Allegany Avenue, Emporium was traveling west on Route 120, about 6/10
mile west of Old West Creek Road (West Entrance) in Shippen Township.
She lost control of her vehicle, exited the roadway to the South and
overturned. She was transported from the scene for treatment of unknown
injuries.
State Police
investigated an accident on the Ridgway-Johnsonburg Road. Jamie
Christini, 28, of Ridgway was travelling north when he noticed a
deer on the roadway. While trying to avoid hitting the deer,
Chrsitini swerved and struck the end of a guide rail. No injuries
were reported
