Click Here For Information Text Box: AREA NEWS                 ELK COUNTY FAIR The Elk County Fair continues through Saturday at the fairgrounds located in Kersey. There are carnival rides, entertainment, lots of great food too. The annual demolition derby will be held on Saturday.   ATTEMPTED BURGLARY AT PAPER CITY JUBILEE Police said someone tried to gain entry to the building through a rear door, but was unsuccessful. The actors then fled the scene.   CHARGED WITH SIMPLE ASSAULT Police said a known suspect, who was not identified, used a truck to chase Joshua Coble, 20, of Frenchville, Gregory Smeal, 19 of Clearfield and Helen Sparks, 18, of Nottingham, Maryland. The incident occurred in Shippen Township.   PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS State police charged Wayne Scrimshaw, 40, of Sinnemahoning with public drunkenness after being found intoxicated on the sidewalk near Sheetz in Emporium.    CAMP BURGLARY Someone forced open a door at a camp owned by Michael Freibert of Ohio and entered the camp.
