Emporium Man Cited After Traffic Accident In Lumber Township

State police investigated a one-vehicle accident on Steam Mill Road in Lumber Township. According to police a known 37-year-old man was attempting to negotiate a left turn from Route 120 to Steam Mill Road. The vehicle left the road striking a tree and utility pole. The man fled the scene. After investigation it was determined the man was driving under the influence. Charges were filed.
