State police reported charging Kayla Nicole Elaschat, 33, after police investigated a report of a domestic incident in Emporium. Elaschat was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and drug possession. According to a report on WTAJ-TV, the woman allegedly shot a man with a pellet gun.
