State Police investigated a fatal accident on Boot Jack Road In Ridgway. According to police, Dennis Cole, 78, of Berwick, was stopped in the northbound lane waiting to make a left turn. A motorcycle, operated by David Curran, 79, of West Falls, N.Y., was traveling north and failed to stop and rear ended the Cole Vehicle. Curran was ejected from the motorcycle and died of injuries received in the Accident. Cole and A passenger were not injured.
