Kersey Man Facing Charges After Traffic Stop On Skyline Drive

State police investigated a traffic accident on Skyline Drive in Fox Township. After investigation it was determined that the operator, a known 41-year-old man from Kersey, was under the influence at the time of the accident. Charges are pending.
