Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle On Depot Street

City police were called to investigate a report of a vehicle striking a Pedestrian on Depot Street.

After investigation, police determined that 36-year-old Sara Frantz of Lusby, Maryland, exited an alley onto Depot Street and struck a pedestrian who was crossing the road.

The Pedestrian was treated at the scene by St. Marys Ambulance Service personnel and transported to Penn Highlands Elk for Treatment.

As a result of the investigation, citations were filed against Frantz for Careless Driving Resulting in Serious Bodily injury and Emerging from an Alley, Driveway or Building.
