Pennsylvania State Police recently released the states 10 most wanted list. Russell Edward Mason remains on this list. State Police in Ridgway noted that Mason is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a fugitive, you can submit a tip to the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers website or call 1-800-4-PA-TIPS. All tips to Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers are anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
