The Ridgway Police Department reports investigating an assault that occurred on 9/13/23, at approximately 4:44 a.m., at 101 N. Mill Ave. As a result of the incident, police arrested Adric Howell, 20, of 101 N. Mill Ave. Ridgway. Howell was arraigned before on-call District Justice James L. Martin on charges of two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Simple Assault and Harassment. Unable to post bail, Howell was committed to Elk County Prison.
