After conducting a traffic stop on Bennetts Valley Highway, State police have filed charges of DUI against a known 18 year old male from Sykesville.
In a separate incident, police filed DUI Charges against a 20 year old male from Byrnedale after a traffic stop on Route 219 in Horton Township.
