Wilcox Man Remains On Ten Most Wanted List

Authorities in the Keystone State have updated their list of the ten most wanted people in Pennsylvania.

Russell Edward Mason is wanted by police for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender. He is 5' 10", 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
