Sunday, February 2nd - The Emporium Senior Center invites you to join them for Football Fellowship Sunday on Sunday, February 2nd.

Bring yourself, a snack to share, and a drink. Doors open at 5:30pm. The football game will be available to view, as we fellowship together. If football is not your cup of tea, there are board games available for some fun times as well. This is a public event and anyone is invited to join in the fun!

St. Marys Drag Races will return in the summer of 2020. There will be three Drag Racing events at the St. Marys Airport. The dates are June 21st, July 26th and September 20th.

St. Leo School 18th Annual Reverse Raffle January 25th

The 18th annual St. Leo Reverse Raffle will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 5 pm. to 11 p.m. Tickets are $65.00 that includes admission for 2 for dinner and the main drawing.To purchase tickets, call 594-5308.

Troia Social Club Ravioli Dinner January 26th

The Troia Social Club will be having a ravioli dinner on Sunday, January 26th, from 11:15AM till sold out at Queen of the World cafeteria to benefit Hermansky- Pudlock  Syndrome. Cost is $10.00 per dinner. Includes a salad, roll and butter and a dessert. This is dine in with take out available. 

Valentine Heart Paint & Sip Class At St. Marys Youth Center January 26th

A Valentine's Day Heart Paint And Sip class will be held on Sunday, January 26th at 2 p.m. at the ST Marys youth Center. We'll be painting and stenciling this heart hanger then finishing it off with a bow.. The heart is 23" x 20".

Cameron County Family Center "Family Painting Night" January 27th

The Cameron County Family Center will hold a Family Painting Night on Monday, January 27th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the High School Cafeteria. 

Mrs. Groeger will choose the picture. The Family Center will provide pizza, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services will provide painting supplies. To sign up, call 586-4000.

American Legion Post 194 Meeting January 28th

The American Legion Post 194 of Emporium will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, January 28th. The meeting will take place at the Cameron County Vets Club.

College Scholarship Workshop January 28th

A College Scholarship Workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 28th at St. Marys Area High School from 6 to 8 p.m.. 

The Community Education Center will be hosting a workshop for students and parents who want to learn about Scholarship Opportunities. We have partnered with PHEAA and the Elk County Community Foundation to offer tips to help you find money to pay your college bills.This is a FREE event—Pre-registration is not required. Ridgway YMCA Little Dribblers Program Saturday's Starting February 1st

The Ridgway YMCA will sponsor a Little Dribblers program, each Saturday, from February 1st to March 7th. The program runs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. each week, and is open tho those from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. Cost is $15 for members, $25 for non members. To register call 776-1146.

A teen Paint & Sip will be held on Saturday, February 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the Barbara Moscato Brown Memorial Library.

The Winter Women in the Wilds event at Sinnemahoning State Park is a ladies-only weekend filled with fun outdoor recreation and environmental education classes. The event is planned for February 7th to February 9th

Stuff A Plush Class At Cameron County Chamber February 8th

Just in time for Valentines Day, the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with Alcohol Drug Abuse Services to offer a free stuff a plush children workshop.  The free event will take place Saturday February 8 at the artisan center from 10 to 11am.

Children in grades 3-12 are invited to select your favorite animal and take home a new friend to keep or give away in time for Valentine Day.  The class is limited to 15.  Call the chamber to reserve a spot, or register online at Eventbrite.

3rd Grade Bake Sale February 16th

The 3rd Grade Bake Sale will be held on Sunday, February 16th after all masses at St. Marys Catholic Church.

Annual Coyote February 14th & 15th

The annual Coyote Hunt, sponsored by the Sinnemahoning Sportsmen's Club, will be held on Feburary 14th & 15th. 

A registration fee of $ 10.00 plus a $ 2.00 administration fee for a total of $12.00 must be paid with the registration. There is a $ 5.00 additional fee to enter for the heaviest female coyote and an additional $ 5.00 for the heaviest fox.

If you are registered, you can start to hunt at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020. The hunt and weigh ins will end on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 3pm.

Birthday Party For "Clifford The Big Red Dog" February 19th At Children's Center

A Birthday Party for "Clifford The Big Red Dog" will be held on Wednesday, February 19th at Dickinson's Center's location at the Community Education Center, 4 Erie Avenue in St Marys. All families who live in Elk County with children from birth to Kindergarten-entry are welcome.

Clifford will make a special appearance around 9 a.m., 12 p.m., 3 p.m. 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Each child that attends will be able to explore the Children's Center and enjoy a story, crafts and activities. Space is limited. To register, call 834-2602.

Elk County Catholic School System PTO Purse Bash March 14th

The annual Elk County Catholic School System Purse Bash will be held on Saturday, March 14th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Red Fern.

Ticket includes dinner and 10 chances on designer bags! There will be a Chinese raffle, 50/50, and chances on additional prizes available throughout the night!

An Easter Basket Class will be offered on Saturday, March 14th at the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce and Artisan Center. The class begins at 9 a.m. All materials will be provided.

2020 Chainsaw Carvers Rendezvous April 23rd-25th

The annual Chainsaw Carvers Rendezvous will be held April 23rd through the 25th in Ridgway. Throughout the Rendezvous, there will be opportunities to interact with skilled artists from all over the United States and the world!

Outside, each carver will start with an 8-foot log to shape into a finished piece throughout the weekend. Inside there will be other craft and commercial vendors, beer/wine vendors, and the music stage.
