According to the Pensylvania Fall Foliage Report, Clearfield, Elk, and Jefferson Counties are just starting to change colors. Indiana, Cambria, and Blair counties are approaching peak fall colors in addition to northeastern counties. Experts say that cold nights in the forecast will continue to advance color transition statewide.

A poverty simulation experience sponsored by the Guidance Center will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Johnsonburg Fire Hall the poverty simulation experience is designed to help participants begin to understand what it might be like to live in a typically low income family trying to survive month to month. It's a simulation, not a game. The object is to sensitize participants to the realities forced by low income people.
