A 2-yearold boy died in a house fire on Jackson Avenue in Braford on Tuesday afternoon. According to a social media report from the Bradford Era. the Bradford fire department were called to the scene at approximately 4:55 p.m. the boy was found inside the building and was transported to the Braford regional medical center where he succumbed to his injuries. The fire was ruled accidental in nature.

A Brookville man is facing felony charges after he allegedly admitted to molesting an 11-year-old girl. James States, 36, was arrested after Pennsylvania State Police opened an investigation on Jan. 24 into him allegedly having sexual contact with a juvenile female victim, who was between 11 and 12 years old.
