Sentencing For Former City Of Dubois Manager John “Herm” Suplizio Has Been Delayed

The sentencing for former City of DuBois Manager John “Herm” Suplizio has been delayed until December 10th.

According to court documents, the defense team made a motion to delay the trial stating that Suplizio’s primary counsel Michael A. Comber had a prepaid vacation scheduled from November 23rd through the 30th.

U.S. District Judge Stephani Haines has granted the extension to December 10th at 2pm in Johnstown.
