Andy Hoy From Elk County Cruisers Talks About Summer Events & Flag Pole-Monument Project At Shawmut Park (Video)

During a recent live broadcast from the Straub Tap Room, The River 98.9's, Jim Burton, had a chance to talk with Andy Hoy from the Elk County Cruisers. The organization is involved in several events this summer all around the area. And the Cruisers are raising funds to erect a flagpole and monument at Shawmut Park. This would then be the centerpiece for upcoming events including Memorial Day and Veterans Day events.
