State police are investigating a report of child neglect. Police say they were called to investigate the incident on Marvin Street in Wilcox. The incident involves a known 9 year old male from Wilcox. The investigation is ongoing.

Georgia Man Wanted On Warrant Arrested In Jones Township
State police reported conducting a traffic stop on Rasselas Road in Jones Township. After investigation police found that the operator, Eduardo Lockley, 62, of Columbus, Georgia was wanted on a warrant. Lockley was arrested and placed in Elk County Jail.

New State Law To Allow Fans To Pay Cash For PIAA Playoff Events
While many fans attending the recent high school football playoff games were buying tickets with credit cards or through an online app, a new state law will allow fans to once again pay with cash. The PIAA previously required online ticket sales only, but other forms of payment will now still be allowed. The new law comes after complaints from those who said they were shut out from attending school events because they didn't have internet access or credit cards.

Search For Missing Dubois Man Continues
Pennsylvania State Police continue their search for a DuBois man reported missing in July and are asking the public to keep an eye out in the area as hunters begin to head out. Garry Lee Keller, 73, was reported missing in July after last being seen going fishing near the DuBois Reservoir off of Anderson Creek Road in Union Township on July 1. Investigators said Keller has not been heard from since. Keller’s vehicle was found, however, at a pull-off along Anderson Creek Road.
