Causer, Dush Request State AG Investigate Kaleida Health

State Sen. Cris Dush is calling for a Pennsylvania Attorney General review of Kaleida Health’s control of the former Bradford Regional Medical Center campus, including charitable assets, the failed LECOM deal and reported noncompete restrictions. Dush says maximum transparency is needed as questions continue over the future of healthcare in Bradford.

Rep.Martin Causer recently sent a letter to Attorney General Dave Sunday requesting an investigation of Kaleida Health’s efforts to prevent the restoration of critical healthcare services in our community. We have received a response from the AG’s office and Sen. Dush and I plan to meet with them very soon.
