Childs Parents In Jail After Infant Treated For Several Injuries

After investigating a report of child abuse, two people were arrested and placed in Elk County Prison. The 5-week-old child was found to have broken bones and bruising while being treated at Penn Highlands-Elk. Police arrested Ian Sobrino, 23, and Tasha Ford of St. Marys. Both are facing charges of Endangering the Welfare of Children.
