City Police Arrest St. Marys Man For Vehicle Theft

City police have filed charges against Kaiden Bayer, 20, of St Marys for theft of a vehicle from the area of Stackpole Street. During an investigation officers learned that Bayer had stolen the vehicle then fabricated a story to implicate another person of the theft. Bayer is currently in Elk County Prison awaiting his preliminary hearing.
