City Police Arrest Woman After Investigating Domestic Incident

City police in St. Marys investigated a domestic disturbance in the City on August 30th. Following an investigation, police filed charges of simple assault and harassment against Kathryn Burger. Burger was arraigned and sent to Elk County Prison. Bail was set at $25,000.
