City Police Chief Tom Nicklas Recognzied

At this weeks City Council meeting, St. Marys City Police Chief, Tom Nicklas, was recognzied for his many years of service to the city. Nicklas is stepping down and will become the city's next Tax Collector, replacing Charles "Bud" Bloom, who recently retired after many years of service.
