City Police Make Drug/Alcohol Related Arrests

City police in St Mary's reported arresting Rachel L Vasbinder age 31 of Johnsonburg, amanda Nussbaum age 38 of Saint Mary's, and Brandon Catalone age 41 of Erie, they were arrested for drug related offenses. This is a result of a traffic stop that was conducted on September 22nd, during which officers seized control substances and drug paraphernalia. All three defendants were arraigned and incarcerated in the Elk County Prison.

The City of St Mary's Police Department reported arresting Ryan Gardner age 31 of St Mary's, for open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, all as a result of an incident on John Street in St Mary's. Space space City of St Mary's reported filing charges of possession with intent to deliver and related drug offenses against Rachel Vasbinder of Johnsonburg. This is the result of an ongoing investigation that identified Vansbinder as having engaged in the possession and sale of a controlled substance in Elk County.

City Police reported filing charges of drug related offenses against Kaitlin Mccoy age 20 of Erie PA. These charges are the result of an incident at the Comfort Inn in St Mary's where police found Mccoy in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

City Police in St Mary's reported filing charges on Brandon Raught age 18 of Johnsonburg for possession of a weapon on school property that's as a result of an incident that occurred in July 2026.
