Dickinson Center’s Teen Self-Esteem Group

Who: For Teens in Elk County – Ages 12-18

What: The group is going to focus on identifying ways to improve self-esteem and self-confidence and discussing strategies to manage symptoms of depression/anxiety. Creative expression activities will be incorporated into weekly sessions.

Where: Dickinson Center – 43 Servidea Drive, Ridgway

When: From 1:00pm – 2:00pm on Mondays starting 6/1 until 8/24.

Groups will be run by Amanda Straub, Licensed Psychologist.
