Elk County Catholic won a one-hole playoff over Smethport to win the District 9 Class 2A team golf championship on Monday at Punxsutawney Country Club, while Punxsutawney cruised to the 3A championship. Wasko, who was the only Crusader to make the individual cut, the scoring members of ECC’s championship squad included Marcus Muccio (85), Charlie Geci (86), and Isaac Vogt (86). They were joined by Nicklas Chamberlin (88), Christian Sloff (99), and Brady Leathers (104).
