Elk County Man Accused Of Raping Teen

According to a report from WTAJ-TV, Cody Roberts, 24, has been arrested and charged with raping a known 13-year-old girl. The report indicates the teen became pregnant and in July, gave birth to a baby girl. After a DNA Test proved Roberts was indeed the father, police charged Roberts with statutory sexual assault, rape and several other charges.
