Hunter Prosper Book Signing At Barbara Moscato Brown Memorial Library

(From Social Media Post) - What a Night to Remember 💛

We are still glowing from the incredible evening we shared with Hunter Prosper and our community. With more than 80 attendees filling the library, this author talk and book signing truly felt like a celebration of connection, storytelling, and hometown pride.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us, asked thoughtful questions, shared smiles, and helped make the night so special. A heartfelt thank you to Hunter for returning home to Emporium and sharing not only his powerful stories, but his time, kindness, and generosity.

Because of Hunter’s incredible generosity in donating all proceeds from book sales, nearly $700 was raised to support the library and our mission. We cannot thank him enough for giving back in such a meaningful way.

This event was also a beautiful way to wrap up our 2025 year of programming — ending the year the same way we spent it: bringing people together, sharing stories, and celebrating the power of community.

We would love to see your photos from the event as well! Feel free to share them on this post or tag the library in your own posts!

📺 Couldn’t attend in person?

A video of the event livestream is now available on our Facebook page, so you can still experience Hunter’s inspiring conversation and stories.

📚 Missed the book signing?

We still have 7 hand-signed copies of Stories From a Stranger available for purchase at the library. These are first come, first served — no holds — so stop in while they last!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this such a meaningful end to an incredible year at the Barbara Moscato Brown Memorial Library. 💫
