Johnsonburg Girls Upset Cameron County

A big first quarter helped Johnsonburg pull off one of the bigger upsets of the season, 42-39, over visiting Cameron County.Cherry led the Ramettes with 12 points, while Allegretto and Myers each scored eight. Gianna Zimmerman joined McCabe with six points.


Bresslin tied Cherry for game-high honors with 12 points for Cameron County. Hilfiger and Milla Magaro each added eight points. Clara Clark chipped in six tallies.

RIDGWAY, Pa. – Lisa Peterson and Braelyn Burrs combined for 33 points to lead Ridgway to a 47-39 win over visiting North Clarion. Sara Zameroski added eight points for Ridgway.

BROCKWAY, Pa. – Sophia Schmader and Rheanna Spinda combined for 35 points to lead Brockway to a 55-31 win over visiting Forest Area

Jayden Colvin had 13 points, and Alanah Wagner added 11 for Forest Area.

CLARION, Pa. – Hannah Beggs had 22 points, including 12 in the first half, as Clarion-Limestone rolled to a 69-6 road non-conference win over Clarion.

Alivia Diehl had five points for Clarion.

ULYSSES, Pa. – Lilly Steele and Emma Haynes teamed up to score 19 points, as Northern Potter to a 39-7 win over visiting Oswayo Valley in NTL action.


BUCKTAIL 43, CURWENSVILLE 31


RENOVO, Pa. – Kelsie Wagner had 23 points to lead Bucktail to a 43-31 home win over Curwensville.
