Landscaper Charged AFter Scamming Cameron County Homeowner

A Mansfield man facing charges after being hired to do landscape work in Shippen Township in Cameron County, but never did the work. Shaun Nance, 46, of Mansfield, is facing charges of theft by deception after the homeowner turned to State police in Emporium to report the fraud. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 16.
