Leonard Eugene “Lenny” Dixon, age 67, of Bennetts Valley Highway, Penfield, died unexpectedly, at home on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. He was born on March 20, 1959 in Tyrone, PA, where he was raised. He lived many years in DuBois and the past five years in Penfield.


Lenny is survived by: his companion and mother of his children, Susan Dixon; two children, Dillon (Cara) Dixon of Penfield, and Brandon (Samantha) Dixon of DuBois; a step-daughter, Shannon (Bob) Timoney of Long Island, NY; seven grandchildren, Payton and Brody Timoney, Marley, Louie, Benny, Giavanna and Vivianna Dixon; six siblings, John Miller, Joseph Shingler, Laura Good, Cindy Carper, Jackie Dixon and Robin Conklin; his beloved dog, Enoch; and his horse, Spirit.


Lenny worked as a Contractor for all his life and loved construction of all types. One of the few things in life he enjoyed more than construction was his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed attending sporting and school events whenever his family was involved.


Public visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and also on Sunday, from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m., at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home of Penfield, PA.


Memorial Services will be held 9:00 a.m., Sunday, September 20, 2026 at the Penfield Christian Fellowship Church, with Reverend Don Logan.

Interment will take place on the family farm.
