Northern Tier Community Action Corp Recognized

Congratulations to Northern Tier Community Action Corp. on 60 years of outstanding service to the residents of Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter counties! @PA State Rep. Mike Armanini and I sponsored a House citation honoring this outstanding achievement, and I was pleased to present it to some of the group’s leaders last week. Pictured with me, from left, are the Rev. Paul Siebert; Tony Moscato, president of the board; Shawn McAulay, deputy executive director; and David Greene, executive director. Thank you all for the great work you do for our communities!!
