Ohio Man Facing Charges After Domestic Incident In Jay Township

State police investigated a domestic incident in Jay Township. According to police, a known 33-year-old woman from Ridgway suffered injuries. As a result, a known 31-year-old man from Stoutsville, Ohio was arrested and placed in Elk County Jail.
