One Vehicle Accident In Highland Township

State police investigated a one-vehicle accident in Highland Township. According to police, Justin Bissell, 32, of North East was traveling east on Route 948 when while negotiating a left turn, his vehicle crossed the westbound lane and struck a guide rail, the went over top of the guide rail and came to rest in a ditch. Bissell Suffered minor injuries.
