Open Enrollment for Pennie Healthcare Marketplace 2027

Open enrollment for Pennie 2027 is only 10 days away. Starting Nov. 1, Pennsylvanians without health insurance will be able to select a plan through the state-based healthcare marketplace for the upcoming year.

Health plans offered through Pennie Marketplace cover a variety of health needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, preventative care, mental health services, hospitalizations, prescription drugs and other services, according to the state website.
