Over 200 DUI Arrest Made During Checkpoints

State police released the results of their 2025 Christmas holiday checkpoint enforcement that resulted in over 200 DUI arrests.

The Pennsylvania State Police reported that they investigated 1,007 vehicle crashes during the holiday weekend from December 24 and 28.

Police say six people died in the crashes, and 53 non-fatal crashes involved a driver under the influence. Troopers arrested 207 people for driving under the influence.
