Patricia A. Johnson, 83, Ridgway

Patricia A. Johnson, 83, of Ridgway, died on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 19, 1942, in Ridgway, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Gerg Foringer.

In October 1959, she married James Johnson, who survives.

Patricia was a devoted homemaker whose warmth and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She had a true passion for nurturing those around her, finding joy in crafting, sewing, and knitting, and always enjoyed sharing these talents with her family and friends. Her creativity and thoughtfulness were evident in everything she did, leaving a legacy of love in the hearts of her loved ones.

In addition to her husband of nearly 67 years, she is survived by a son, Brian Johnson and his wife Deena of Smethport, a daughter, Debbie Sabatine and her husband Joseph of Ashtabula, OH, 3 grandchildren; Kristen, Destiny, and Kyler, a step-granddaughter, Heather, 2 great grandchildren, Caleb and Anslee, and 3 step-great grandchildren; Lanee, Mason, and Harlow. She is also survived by a brother, Ronny Foringer of St. Marys, 2 sisters, Sandy Bush of Ridgway and Mary Lou Robinson of Geneva, OH, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Darren Johnson.

Funeral services for Patricia A. Johnson will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be at Oakmont Cemetery.
