Penfield Man Arrested On Assault Charges

State police investigated a domestic incident on State Park Road in Huston Township. After investigation it was determined that a known 34 year old man from Penfield physically assaulted a 42-year-old female at the residence and threatened to harm a baby. The man fled the scene but was later apprehended and charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.
