Penfield Man Arrested On DUI Charges After Being Found Passed Out

State police responded to a request to assist EMS with a man reported to be passed out in the driver seat of a vehicle eat Nittany Minit Mart In Huston Township. Police report the man was awake and alert upon arrival. According to police David Levenduski, 45, of Penfield was charged with DUI and other drug related charges. Police report that Levenduski also had active warrants for his arrest.
