Prosecutors Seek Life Sentence for Clearfield County Man

Attorneys are asking a federal judge to sentence a Clearfield County man to life in prison after he was found guilty of conspiring in a deadly bombing.
In August, Kris Nevling was convicted for his role in killing 34-year old Shanna Carlson. Carlson died when a bomb was detonated inside her Clearfield apartment. Nevling’s sentencing has been delayed, and a new hearing date has not been announced.
The trial for Clint Addleman, accused of being Nevling’s accomplice in the bombing, is set to begin in two months.
