Researchers looked at thousands of people over a decade and found that

five simple lifestyle habits reduced brain disease risk by 60 percent. The magic five: a diet rich in leafy greens, daily physical activity,

not smoking, light to moderate alcohol intake, and engaging in brain-stimulating activities. If you can’t do all five, just do one. That will reduce your risk by 27 percent.
