Attention Elk County Stakeholders: We need your feedback on housing and program needs, service gaps, program strengths and weaknesses, and any concerns you have regarding Elk County Human Services. A public hearing will be held in person and via Zoom for the purpose of gaining input into the Elk County Human Service Agencies Plan for FY 2026-2027. The Service Systems included in this Plan are: Behavioral and Developmental Programs, Drug and Alcohol, Homeless Assistance Program and Human Services Development Fund. The Hearing will be held on the following date and time:
