Results From Cameron County Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament

Sixteen teams hit the Emporium Country Club course on June 11. The funds benefit community programs hosted by the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce.

Several of the teams represented businesses/organizations in the county including Crown Realty, Embassy Powdered Metals, Rich Valley Wines, Emporium Country Club, Judd Schager, Emporium Hardwoods and Burkhouse Contracting. Placing first in net was Crown Realty Team A comprised of Matt and Barb Grimone, Nate Ball and Ralph Grovanz. Placing first in gross was the Burkhouse Contracting team of Gary Solak, Ken and Rob Burkhouse, and Scott Haman.

Since its inception more than 18 years ago no one took home either of the $10,000 cash hole in ones sponsored by Caldwell Corporation and Fox’s Pizza Den in Emporium. All participants received golf balls from Emporium Food Market.
