Reynoldsville Woman Facing Charges After Accident In Emporium

State police investigated a hit and run accident on East 3rd Street in Emporium. After investigation police determined that a known 25-year-old Reynoldsville was arrested and charged with DUI after her vehicle struck a parked vehicle on East Third Street. The woman originally fled the scene on foot and was later located. The victim is a known 60-year-old female from Emporium.
