Ridgway Man Facing Charges After Making Threats

A Ridgway man was arrested after police were called to Penn Highlands Elk for a domestic violence incident. The victim allegedly told police that the Timothy Collins, 44, of Ridgway made threats after both were involved in an argument. The victim was being treated for injuries. Collins is in Elk County Prison and charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
