Ridgway Man Facing Several Charges Including Obtaining Fraudulent PA Inspection Sticker

State police in Emporium reported conducting a traffic stop on Route 219. After investigation it was found that the driver obtained a fraudulent Pennsylvania Nispection Sticker, also, the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. Charges were filed.
