Sarah Krise Local Swimmer competing with Western Colorado University

Sarah Krise of Elk County Catholic Kersey Pennsylvania swimming for Western University of Colorado competed in University of Nebraska Kearney Invitational.

7 Teams competed Western Colorado University, Colorado State University Pueblo, Nebraska Wesleyan University, University of Nebraska Kearney, Iowa Western Community College, Sterling College, and Barton Community College. With 108 women swimmers competing.

Distance and Preliminary Diving Meet held on Friday November 7 at Kearney High School. Western Colorado winning Distance meet with outstanding lead 584 points which was 268 points above the nearest opponent Colorado State University Pueblo.

Sarah Krise events included 400-yard medley relay B-team placing 8th, 200 backstroke placing 17th, and 400-yard freestyle relay B-team placing 7th.

Sprint and Final Diving Meet held on Saturday November 8th at Kearney High School. Western Colorado winning Sprint meet with 579 points which was 60 points above the nearest opponent Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Sarak Krise events included 200 Medley Relay F-team placing 12th, 200 Freestyle Relay A-team placing 3rd, 50-yard freestyle placing 21st, 100-yard backstroke advancing to finals with 9th place finish, 100-yard freestyle advancing to the finals with 9th place finish.
