Sonya Carlson New Director At Elk County Community Recycling Center

Sonya Carlson (at right) has been appointed the new Executive Director at the Elk County Community Recycling Center. Carlson replaces long time director, Bekki Titchner, who recently announced her retirement after serving since the beginning of the Recycling Center.
