St. Marys Man Charged For Using Fraudulent Inspection Stickers

City police in ST. Marys have filed charges against Richard F. Zimmerman, 41, of St. Marys. The charges are the result of a traffic stop on April 20th during which time officers learned that Zimmerman was using inspection stickers fraudulently. Zimmerman was charged with Altered, Forged, Or Counterfeit documents and plates. Violations of the use of a certificate of inspection and driving ion a suspended license.
