St. Marys Man Facing Several Charges After Traffic Stop

St. Marys City Police reported filing charges against Dean Allen Castina, 61, of St. Marys following an incident on State Street and South Michael Street. Police have charged Castina with two counts, one for driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, and one for obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, as well as two summery counts for traffic related offenses.
