St. Marys Man In Elk County Prison After Resisting Arrest

City police were dispatched to West Condot Road to assist Elk County Probation with a suspect who was attempting to flee during an arrest. Keenan McMillen, 33, of St. Marys was placed in Elk County Prison on probation violations; he received charges for resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and fleeing on foot.
